Values do not only affect the life and working life of people kneaded in the rapidly increasing information technology in the present age, but also they affect the individual's sector choice which is an important process in the individual's life evolution. With this understanding, sector choice decision will be positively oriented as long as the individual consubstantiates the individual values, that are formed with the self awareness of abilities and interests, with the values of the culture the individual is living in. The aim of this work is to investigate the effects of work values on sector choice decision in different cultures and determine whether intercultural work values make differences. Our work contains data from 200 Turkish students and 142 Dutch students; a total of 342 students from different type of high schools in the 2014-2015 academic year. In order to determine the differences in the two cultures "Values" and "Individualism and Collectiveness" questionares were applied. And to determine the orientation in sector choice decision the "Sector Analysis" was used. When our findings are evaluated, it is recognized that there are differences in values of these two countries.
