Pierre Bourdieu sosyolojisi temelinde yeşil yol projesi ve neoliberal çevre politikalarının Rize özelinde yerel topluma etkisi

Abstract

Neoliberalizm sosyal devlet gücünü zayıflatıp özel sektörü güçlendirmeyi ve emeğin gücünü yok etmeyi amaçlayan bir örgütlenme biçimidir. Bugün toplumları etkisi altına alan bu örgütlenme biçimi kullandığı argümanlarla kendini yegâne doğru olarak göstermektedir. Bu araştırmada neoliberal politikaların doğa üzerindeki etkisi Pierre Bourdieu sosyolojisi temelinde ele alınmıştır. Neoliberalizmin bir doxa olduğu varsayımından hareketle Rize'de yapılması planlanan Yeşil Yol Projesi'nin doğaya ve insanlığa etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın nihai hedefi doğa ve doğa kaynaklı bilgi olarak karşımıza çıkan epistemeyi ortaya çıkarmaktır.

Neoliberalism is a form of organisation aimed at undermining the state's power while strengthening the private sector and destroying the labor force. This kind of organisation influencing societies structurally presents itself as the only truth through itsphilosphically and politiclly well-arculated arguments. In this research, the influence of the neoliberal policies targeting the naturehas been studied on the basis of sociology of Pierre Bourdieu. In doing that, based on the assumption that neoliberalism is a doxa, the effect of the Green Road Project planned to be constructed in Rize and on the nature and its people has been investigated. The aim of this study is to reveal the episteme as a source of nature emerging in the discourse of the local Rize community.
