ORS fabrikası özelinde polatlının işçileşmesi: Üretim ilişkilerindeki değişimin, üstyapı, ideoloji ve toplum hayatı üzerindeki etkileri

Abstract

Tezin odak noktası, değişen üretim ilişkilerinin toplumsal hayata ve ideolojilere ne ölçüde etki ettiğidir. Çıkış noktası olarak üretim ilişkilerinin üst yapı üzerindeki belirleyiciliğini tartışan tez, üretim ilişkilerinin toplumsal hayat ve buna ilaveten din, milliyetçilik, paternalizm gibi ideolojilerde asıl belirleyici olduğu fikrini savunmaktadır. Tez nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma sahası olarak Polatlı'nın seçilmesinin ana sebepleri; köylülük, işçi-köylülük ve işçiliğin dönüşümünün, çok uzun bir zamana yayılmadan meydana gelmesi, bu değişimin takibinin kolay olması ve araştırmada detaylıca bahsedilen 2015 metal grevine doğrudan iştirak etmesidir. As a starting point, thesis discuss the determiner of relations of product on superstructure and reveal that relations of products is the main determiner on the social life and ideologies like religion, nationalizm and paternalism . Thesis was constituted by using qualitative research. The reason of chosing Polatlı as searching sector is to have the possibility of observing the transiation of provincializm to proletarian class and participation of ORS to the Metal workers strike in 2015. As told, searching base of our thesis is ORS workers. During the thesis, we interviewed with 220 workers
