Avrupa Birliği'nin spor politikaları

Abstract

Günümüzde spor, iş hayatından, radyo ve televizyona, giyim endüstrisinden, pazarlama ve satış alanına kadar etki ederken, reklam ve propaganda faaliyetlerini, uluslararası ilişkileri ve bunun gibi birçok alanı etki alanına dâhil etmektedir. Toplumsal bir olgu olarak kabul edilen sporun bugün ulaştığı konum ve edindiği yere sebep olan en büyük aktör Avrupa Birliği (AB) üye devletleridir. 19. yüzyılın tamamı ve 20. yüzyılın ilk başlarında modern sporların Avrupa'da doğumu ve yine aynı yüzyıllar içerisinde uluslararası spor organizasyonlarının uygulanmaya başlaması Avrupa ülkelerinin etkisiyle ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu sebeple çalışmada genel tarama yöntemi kullanılarak, sporun tarihi, toplumsal perspektif içerisinde değerlendirilmiştir. 2009 Lizbon Antlaşması ile spor AB yetki alanlarından biri olarak resmen tanınmıştır. Modern sporları ortaya çıkaran ve uluslararası spor organizasyonlarının oluşmasını sağlayan AB'nin günümüz spor alanına etkileri oldukça güçlüdür.Nowadays the sports, business life, radio and television, clothing industry, marketing, and sales areas, while affecting the advertising and propaganda activities, international relations and many other areas of such areas are included in the domain. Sport considered as a social phenomenon, the European Union (EU) member states are the major actors that have caused the position and the place it has reached today. The birth of modern sports in Europe in the nineteenth century and in the early 20th century and in the same centuries, the implementation of international sporting organizations has emerged due to the influence of European countries. For this reason, the history of sport was evaluated within the social perspective by using general screening method in this study. With the Lisbon Treaty of 2009, the sport was officially recognized as one of the EU jurisdictions. Providing the creation of international sports organizations and modern sports, the effects of the EU on today's sports field are very strong.
