The breather wave and lump periodic wave solutions for the (2 + 1)-dimensional Caudrey–Dodd–Gibbon–Kotera–Sawada system are established in this paper. To achieve such novel solutions, we employ the Hirota bilinear approach. The novel breather and lump periodic solutions have been researched to explain unique physical challenges. These breakthroughs have been demonstrated to be advantageous in the transmission of long-wave and high-power communications networks. The circumstances of the existence of these solutions are described in detail.en_US
