Abstract
Çalışmamızda boşanma kavramı, anlaşmalı boşanma koşulları, anlaşmalı boşanma davasının hukuki niteliği ve sonuçları; 4721 sayılı TMK, Yargıtay içtihatları ve doktrindeki görüşler kapsamında incelenmiştir.
In our study the notion of divorce, conditions of consensual divorce, legal qualifications of consensual divorce suit and its results are examined in the scope of Turkish Civil Code number 4721, related Supreme Court decisions and doctrinal views.
