For this purpose,the light beams have been modeled based on the diffraction of a plane wave by an array of Gaussian apertures and implemented accordingly. Spatial generation of the Gauss beam array has experimentally been performed by the use of Spatial Light Modulator (SLM). The produced light beams have been recorded by a Charge Couple Device (CCD) detector with a large field of view and the profile evaluations of monitored beams are done. Moreover, theoretical calculations have been verified with empirical observations.
