    In this thesis, the basic problems that are faced during software application development are mentioned and the a ects of these problems over the productivity of software developers are discussed. The infrastructure that is needed to provide productivity is implemented with the framework called Productivity Oriented Programming Framework, which makes it possible for developers to produce qualified products faster and more e ectively with no extra e ort.
