The aim of this thesis is designing a system that analyze signal produced by the patient heart. This system enables to monitor patients’ ECG data remotely instead of keeping them in the emergency care. The system composes of three parts. The first part is electronic circuit that can read the data from patient heart and convert it from analogue to digital by using special analogue to digital convertor and send data to a special server in the clinic care. Electronic equipment is controlled by Arduino microcontroller. The second part of this system is creating monitoring server that stores the digital signal in a database. MySQL database is used in this part. To read patient data, software tool was developed by using C# language. This tool provides access to the stored data and check the status of the patient. And also this tool contains other features such as analysis of critical cases. The medical specialist will be immediately informed and he can escalate the case to higher level. The last part is creating diagnose system that can classify the patient data to diseases classes byusing data mining techniques. This element of the system helps to check and make a good decision for long data duration such as twenty four hour patient data recording.
