Convergence of Generalized Quasi-Nonexpansive Mappings in Hyperbolic Space
(Hindawi Ltd, 2022) Rashid, Maliha; Jarad, Fahd; Kalsoom, Amna; Saleem, Naeem
In this article, we consider a wider class of nonexpansive mappings (locally related quasi-nonexpansive) than monotone nonexpansive mappings. We obtained the convergence of fixed point for quasi rho-preserving locally related quasi-nonexpansive mappings in hyperbolic space. An iterative process is also used to obtain the convergence results for this mapping. Fixed point is approximated numerically in a nontrivial example by using Matlab.

Equivalence of Novel Ih-Implicit Fixed Point Algorithms for a General Class of Contractive Maps
(Amer inst Mathematical Sciences-aims, 2023) Ishtiaq, Umar; Saleem, Naeem; Igbokwe, Donatus Ikechi; Jarad, Fahd; Agwu, Imo Kalu
In this paper, a novel implicit IH-multistep fixed point algorithm and convergence result for a general class of contractive maps is introduced without any imposition of the "sum conditions" on the countably finite family of the iteration parameters. Furthermore, it is shown that the convergence of the proposed iteration scheme is equivalent to some other implicit IH-type iterative schemes (e.g., implicit IH-Noor, implicit IH-Ishikawa and implicit IH-Mann) for the same class of maps. Also, some numerical examples are given to illustrate that the equivalence is true. Our results complement, improve and unify several equivalent results recently announced in literature.

Extended Rectangular Fuzzy B-Metric Space With Application
(Amer inst Mathematical Sciences-aims, 2022) Furqan, Salman; Abbas, Mujahid; Jarad, Fahd; Saleem, Naeem
In this paper, we introduce an extended rectangular fuzzy b-metric space which generalizes rectangular fuzzy b-metric space and rectangular fuzzy metric space. We show that an extended rectangular fuzzy b-metric space is not Hausdorff. A Banach fixed point theorem is proved as a special case of our main result where a ' Ciric type contraction was employed. Our main result generalizes some comparable results in rectangular fuzzy b-metric space and rectangular fuzzy metric space. We provide some examples to support the concepts and results presented herein. As an application of our result, we obtain the existence of the solution of the integral equation.

Fixed Point Theorems for Controlled Neutrosophic Metric-Like Spaces
(Amer inst Mathematical Sciences-aims, 2022) Ishtiaq, Umar; Saleem, Naeem; Ahmad, Khaleel; Jarad, Fahd; Uddin, Fahim
In this paper, we establish the concept of controlled neutrosophic metric -like spaces as a generalization of neutrosophic metric spaces and provide several non -trivial examples to show the spuriousness of the new concept in the existing literature. Furthermore, we prove several fixed point results for contraction mappings and provide the examples with their graphs to show the validity of the results. At the end of the manuscript, we establish an application to integral equations, in which we use the main result to find the solution of the integral equation.

A New Iteration Scheme for Approximating Common Fixed Points in Uniformly Convex Banach Spaces
(Wiley, 2023) Agwu, Imo Kalu; Ishtiaq, Umar; Jarad, Fahd; Saleem, Naeem
In this paper, firstly, we introduce a method for finding common fixed point of L-Lipschitzian and total asymptotically strictly pseudo-non-spreading self-mappings and L-Lipschitzian and total asymptotically strictly pseudo-non-spreading non-self-mappings in the setting of a real uniformly convex Banach space. Secondly, the demiclosedness principle for total asymptotically strictly pseudo-non-spreading non-self-mappings is established. Thirdly, the weak convergence theorems of the proposed method to the common fixed point of the above mappings are proved. Our results improved, extended, and generalized some corresponding results in the literature.

On Extended B-Rectangular and Controlled Rectangular Fuzzy Metric-Like Spaces With Application
(Wiley, 2022) Furqan, Salman; Jarad, Fahd; Saleem, Naeem
In this article, we introduce the notions of extended b-rectangular and controlled rectangular fuzzy metric-like spaces that generalize many fuzzy metric spaces in the literature. We give examples to justify our newly defined fuzzy metric-like spaces and prove that these spaces are not Hausdorff. We use fuzzy contraction and prove Banach fixed point theorems in these spaces. As an application, we utilize our main results to solve the uniqueness of the solution of a differential equation occurring in the dynamic market equilibrium.

On the Convergence, Stability and Data Dependence Results of the Jk Iteration Process in Banach Spaces
(de Gruyter Poland Sp Z O O, 2023) Saleem, Naeem; Bilal, Hazrat; Ahmad, Junaid; Ibrar, Muhammad; Jarad, Fahd; Ullah, Kifayat
This article analyzes the JK iteration process with the class of mappings that are essentially endowed with a condition called condition (E). The convergence of the iteration toward a fixed point of a specific mapping satisfying the condition (E) is obtained under some possible mild assumptions. It is worth mentioning that the iteration process JK converges better toward a fixed point compared to some prominent iteration processes in the literature. This fact is confirmed by a numerical example. Furthermore, it has been shown that the iterative scheme JK is stable in the setting of generalized contraction. The data dependence result is also established. Our results are new in the iteration theory and extend some recently announced results of the literature.
