Identifying the Space Source Term Problem for Time-Space Diffusion Equation
(Springer, 2020) Karapinar, Erdal; Kumar, Devendra; Sakthivel, Rathinasamy; Nguyen Hoang Luc; Can, N. H.; Luc, Nguyen Hoang
In this paper, we consider an inverse source problem for the time-space-fractional diffusion equation. Here, in the sense of Hadamard, we prove that the problem is severely ill-posed. By applying the quasi-reversibility regularization method, we propose by this method to solve the problem (1.1). After that, we give an error estimate between the sought solution and regularized solution under a prior parameter choice rule and a posterior parameter choice rule, respectively. Finally, we present a numerical example to find that the proposed method works well.

A Discussion on the Existence of Positive Solutions of the Boundary Value Problems Via Ψ-Hilfer Fractional Derivative on B-Metric Spaces
(Springer, 2020) Karapinar, Erdal; Afshari, Hojjat
In this paper, we investigate the existence of positive solutions for the new class of boundary value problems via psi -Hilfer fractional differential equations. For our purpose, we use the alpha-psi Geraghty-type contraction in the framework of the b-metric space. We give an example illustrating the validity of the proved results.

    Study on Pata E-Contractions
(Springer, 2020) Fulga, Andreea; Aydi, Hassen; Karapinar, Erdal
In this paper, we introduce the notion of an alpha-(zeta) over tilde -E-Pata contraction that combines well-known concepts, such as the Pata contraction, the E-contraction and the simulation function. Existence and uniqueness of a fixed point of such mappings are investigated in the setting of a complete metric space. An example is stated to indicate the validity of the observed result. At the end, we give an application on the solution of nonlinear fractional differential equations.

Solutions of Boundary Value Problems on Extended-Branciari B-Distance
(Springer, 2020) Panda, Sumati Kumari; Mlaiki, Nabil; Abdeljawad, Thabet; Karapinar, Erdal
In this paper, we consider a new distance structure, extended Branciari b-distance, to combine and unify several distance notions and obtain fixed point results that cover several existing ones in the corresponding literature. As an application of our obtained result, we present a solution for a fourth-order differential equation boundary value problem.

On Continuity of the Fractional Derivative of the Time-Fractional Semilinear Pseudo-Parabolic Systems
(Springer, 2021) Ho Duy Binh; Nguyen Hoang Luc; Nguyen Huu Can; Karapinar, Erdal; Binh, Ho Duy; Luc, Nguyen Hoang; Can, Nguyen Huu
In this work, we study an initial value problem for a system of nonlinear parabolic pseudo equations with Caputo fractional derivative. Here, we discuss the continuity which is related to a fractional order derivative. To overcome some of the difficulties of this problem, we need to evaluate the relevant quantities of the Mittag-Leffler function by constants independent of the derivative order. Moreover, we present an example to illustrate the theory.

Existence and Ulam Stability for Impulsive Generalized Hilfer-Type Fractional Differential Equations
(Springer, 2020) Benchohra, Mouffak; Karapinar, Erdal; Lazreg, Jamal Eddine; Salim, Abdelkrim
In this manuscript, we examine the existence and the Ulam stability of solutions for a class of boundary value problems for nonlinear implicit fractional differential equations with instantaneous impulses in Banach spaces. The results are based on fixed point theorems of Darbo and Monch associated with the technique of measure of noncompactness. We provide some examples to indicate the applicability of our results.

Advances on the Fixed Point Results Via Simulation Function Involving Rational Terms
(Springer, 2021) Chen, Chi-Ming; Alghamdi, Maryam A.; Fulga, Andreea; Karapinar, Erdal
In this paper, we propose two new contractions via simulation function that involves rational expression in the setting of partial b-metric space. The obtained results not only extend, but also generalize and unify the existing results in two senses: in the sense of contraction terms and in the sense of the abstract setting. We present an example to indicate the validity of the main theorem.

A Study of Symmetric Contractions With an Application To Generalized Fractional Differential Equations
(Springer, 2021) Karapinar, Erdal; Hussain, Aftab; Jarad, Fahd
This article proposes four distinct kinds of symmetric contraction in the framework of complete F-metric spaces. We examine the condition to guarantee the existence and uniqueness of a fixed point for these contractions. As an application, we look for the solutions to fractional boundary value problems involving a generalized fractional derivative known as the fractional derivative with respect to another function.

A Discussion on a Generalized Geraghty Multi-Valued Mappings and Applications
(Springer, 2020) Atapour, Maryam; Karapinar, Erdal; Afshari, Hojjat
This research intends to investigate the existence results for both coincidence points and common fixed point of generalized Geraghty multi-valued mappings endowed with a directed graph. The proven results are supported by an example. We also consider fractional integral equations as an application.
