| gperson.biography | Dr. Tamer Kılıç is a distinguished academic and researcher specializing in business administration, organizational behavior, and leadership. He holds a Ph.D. from Çukurova University, where his research focused on organizational culture and effective leadership behaviors. Currently serving as a Doctoral Instructor at Çankaya University, Dr. Kılıç teaches courses such as Business Communication, Management Fundamentals, and Business Ethics and Social Responsibility. His academic career includes previous roles at the Turkish Military Academy of the National Defense University, where he contributed to leadership and management education. Dr. Kılıç has also held administrative positions, including Deputy Director at Çankaya Vocational School, and has been actively involved in research projects, particularly in the areas of organizational communication and human resource management. Dr. Kılıç is a prolific author with numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and books. His research explores topics such as job satisfaction, organizational silence, and the impact of Industry 4.0 on human resources. He has supervised several graduate theses and presented at international conferences, including the International Leadership Symposium. Before his academic career, Dr. Kılıç served in the Turkish Armed Forces for over two decades, gaining extensive experience in leadership and organizational management.
