Abstract
Bu çalışma, toplumsal cinsiyet eşitsizliğinin bir ülkenin gelişimine ve kalkınmasına etkisini açıklamak amacıyla ortaya konmuştur. Çalışmanın konusunu ise, kadınlara yönelik eğitim imkânlarının kısıtlanması ve istihdamın sağlanamaması sonucunda toplumsal cinsiyet eşitsizliğinin artması ve bu durumun Afganistan'ın ekonomisine etkisi oluşturmaktadır. Ekonomik etki, büyümenin bir göstergesi olan Gayri Safi Yurt İçi Hâsıla oranı üzerinden açıklanmıştır. Ek olarak, çalışma kişi başına düşen Gayri Safi Yurt İçi Hâsıla ve enflasyon oranlarıyla desteklenmiştir. Özellikle 2021 yılında yönetimi ele geçiren Taliban, kadınlara yönelik sosyal, ekonomik ve siyasi yönden birçok karar almış ve toplumsal cinsiyet eşitsizliği artmıştır. Günümüzde toplumsal cinsiyet eşitsizliğinin fazla olduğu ülkelerden biri olan Afganistan'da, yıllar boyunca süren savaşlar, mücadeleler kalkınmayı etkilemiş, iş gücü bakımından önemli potansiyeli ola kadınlar geri planda kalmıştır. Bu durum kendisini ekonomik anlamda göstermiş ve istenilen büyüme gerçekleşememiştir.
In this study present to explain gender inequality effect over a country's development and progress. The subject of thestudy is increase gender inequality in cosenquence of restriction of education and inability to provide employment intended for women and explaining this situation effect on Afghanistan economy. The economic effect was clarified Gross Domestic Product (GDP) that an indicator of growth. In additon, Gross Domestic Product Per Capita and inflation rates supported the study. Especially, Taliban who took over administration of country, had made many decisions for women about social, economic and political and had increased gender inequality. In Afghanistan where have one of the highest gender inequality in today, years of wars and struggles had affected the development and women who have significant potential for economy have remained in the background. This situation has showed itself economically, and the desired growth has not been achieved.
