Abstract
Proje yönetiminin tam anlamıyla uygulanabildiği alanlardan biri inşaat sektörüdür. Bu araştırmada, proje yönetimi hakkında özlü bilgi verilmiş ve proje yönetiminde bilgisayar yazılımı kullanımını etkileyen faktörler hakkında yorum ve öneriler sunulmuştur. Verilen bu bilgiler doğrultusunda; bir akış diyagramı oluşturulmuş, Visual Basic 6.0 kullanılarak bir program yapılmıştır. Bu programla;bilgisayar kullanıcısının proje yönetimi için bir yazılım kullanıp kullanmama karan vermesine de yardım edilmeye çalışılmıştır
One of the areas, in which the project management can be applied, is the construction sector. In this thesis, main information is given relating to project management and comments, and advices are submitted regarding the factors which affect the usage of computer software in the project management. In the direction of this information, a flowchart has been formed and using Visual basic 6.0 a program has been constructed. With this program it had been tried to help the computer user, in order to give a decision of using or not using computer software for the project management or to postpone this decision for a period of time. Also the sensitivity of the factors affecting this decision had been tested and the most sensitive factor had been determined.
