Abstract
Bu tezin amacı, toplam kalite yönetimi çabalarının çalışanların davranışları üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektir. Bir meşrubat pazarlama şirketinde girdi olarak toplam kalite yönetimi ilkeleri ile iş ile bağıntılı sonuçlar arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, birbirinden bağımsız ölçütlerin geliştirildiği kanıtlanmıştır. Bu şirkette 35 çalışanı kapsayan araştırma sonuçlan, beklenildiği gibi, sürekli iyileştirme, takım çalışması, personel odaklılık ve işle ilgili çıktılar arasında önemli istatistiksel bağıntılar olduğunu göstermiştir. Yapılan çalışmalara göre bu ilişkilerden en önemlisi takım çalışması ile iş tatmini arasında görülmüştür
The aim of this thesis is to investigate the impact of total quality management efforts on employee attitudes. The relationships between the total quality management principles as inputs and the work-related outcomes in a beverage marketing company have been studied. In this study, it was verified that distinct measures have been developed. Results obtained from a survey of 35 employees in this company show that as expected there are some remarkable statistically significant relationships between continuous improvement, teamwork, personnel focus and the work-related outcomes. According to the research, the highest significant relationship is seen between teamwork and job satisfaction.
