Article 1980 sonrası Türkiye'de kadın hareketi ve özel olanın politikleşmesi(2019) Çeşnigil, Begüm ŞeymaBu tez çalışması Türkiye'de kadın hareketinin 1980'lerle birlikte yükselişe geçtiği ve Türkiye'de özellikle 1980 sonrası feminist hareketin kat ettiği yolla önemli adımlar atılmış olduğu fikrinden hareket etmektedir. Birinci bölümde, araştırmanın kapsamı ve çerçevesi doğrultusunda dönemin alt yapısının temel dinamikleri hakkında karakteristik özellikte bilgiler yer almış, bu dinamiklerin bağımsız bir kadın hareketinin ortaya çıkması ve gelişimi için elverişli bir ortam hazırlayıp hazırlamadığına bakılmıştır. Siyasal, kültürel ve toplumsal değişimler göz önünde bulundurularak, 1980 sonrası Türkiye'de basında yaşanan değişimler paralelinde feminist yayıncılığın gelişimi ve kadın hareketine katkısı ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde, Türkiye'de 1980 sonrası kadın hareketi, politik ortamın sağladığı olanaklar ve dönemin kadın hareketinin sahip olduğu farklı bilinci ve devinimi en iyi şekilde ifade eden "Özel Olan Politiktir" sloganı göz önüne alınarak incelenmiş, söz konusu döneme ait olan kadın hareketinin Türkiye'de kadın hareketinin tarihsel süreci içindeki önemli konumu ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise 1980'lerde başlayan bir sürecin 1990'lara yansıması ve yarattığı etkiler ele alınmıştır. 1980'lerdeki mücadelelerini sürdüren kadınlar kalıcılaşma yoluna giderek kurumsallaşma açısından önemli adımlar atmışlardır. 1980'lerdeki mücadeleler ve oluşturulan feminist politika önerileri, 1990'larda politik düzleme taşınmış ve pek çok alanda gerçekleştirilen yasal düzenlemeler doğrultusunda önemli kazanımlar sağlanmıştır. 1980'lerin feminist mücadeleleri sonraki dönemlerin yaşanan tartışmaları ve gelişmeleri için temel olmuştur. Çalışmanın temel amacı, 1980 sonrası Türkiye'de "Özel Olan Politiktir" sloganı ile hareket eden kadın hareketinin bir değerlendirmesini yaparak yarattığı etkileri ortaya koymaktır. The empirical analysis carried out uses monthly data, covered period from 1999m1 to 2012m12. The result confirms that there is a long relationship between export, real exchange rate, volatility of exchange rate and foreign income. Besides, the volatility of real exchange rate has negative and significant effect on the export in both short and long run; this implies that high fluctuation of exchange rate volatility tends to hinder Nigeria export. However, The real exchange rate result shows positive and significant effect on the export in the long run while in the short run the export is negatively affected by real exchange rate, this implies that depreciation of Naira exchange rate is more effective in the long run to stimulate export activity in Nigeria whereas, in the short run depreciation of the Naira negatively hinders the Nigeria‟s export. İletişimin siyasette önem kazanması sosyal zekâyı siyasetçiler için eskiye nazaran daha önemli hâle getirirken, siyasette gelişen rekabet de problem çözme yeteneklerini başarılı bir siyasetçi için zorunlu kılmaktadır. Sosyal zekâ ile problem çözme becerileri arasındaki ilişkinin tespitine yönelik gerçekleştirilen bu çalışma Ankara ilinde görev yapan siyasetçiler ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sosyal zekâ seviyesini belirlemek için kullanılan yöntemler arasından Tromso Sosyal Zekâ Ölçeği ile birlikte Problem Çözme Envanterine başvurulmuştur. Araştırma örneklemindeki siyasetçilerin sosyal zekâ ve problem çözme becerileri seviyelerinin yüksek seviyede olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte, sosyal zekanın sosyal beceri boyutunun siyasetçilerin eğitim seviyesine göre; sosyal farkındalık boyutunun ise siyasetçilerin yaşları, kıdemleri ve eğitim seviyelerine göre farklılık gösterdiği; siyasetçilerin problem çözme seviyelerinin ise siyasetçilerin yaşları ve eğitim seviyelerine göre farklılık gösterdiği ortaya çıkmıştır. In this context, compatibility of the will and its explanation is a condition which is compulsory on establishing the transaction in a valid way. There is an incompatibility created deliberately by the owner of the will and the opposing party between the will and its explanation in collusion. The legal transaction constituting the subject matter of the collusion does not result in the judgment and conclusions. This situation is seen especially in the transactions which are aimed at transferring an immovable property and assets. That the transaction aimed at transferring an immovable property does not comply with the actual will of the parties is invalid due to the fact that the secret transaction is against the formal procedure. Collusion in transfer of immovable propertiesArticle Citation - Scopus: 4Testing Weak Form Market Efficiency of Emerging Markets: a Nonlinear Approach(2012) Karadagli, E.C.; Omay, N.C.This paper examines weak form efficiency in eight CEE emerging markets by testing whether the stock price series of these markets contain unit root. The unpredictability of stock returns indicates that stock prices follow random walk and hence are characterized by a unit root. For this purpose, we employ unit root and nonlinear unit root tests along with their panel extensions. The results indicate weak form efficiency in linear sense. However the findings of nonlinear unit root test suggest inefficiencies for Russian, Romanian and Polish stock markets. Furthermore, nonlinear panel unit root test support inefficiency for the sample we investigated.
