Algebraic Integration of Sigma-Model Field Equations
    (Springer, 2009) Yilmaz, N. T.
We prove that the dualization algebra of the sigma model with a symmetric coset space is a Lie algebra and show that it generates an appropriate adjoint representation that allows integrating the field equations locally, which yields first-order equations.

Dualisation of the D=7 Heterotic String -: Art. No. 003
(Springer, 2004) Yilmaz, NT; Yilmaz, NT
The dualisation and the first-order formulation of the D = 7 abelian Yang-Mills supergravity which is the low energy effective limit of the D = 7 fully Higssed heterotic string is discussed. The non-linear coset formulation of the scalars is enlarged to include the entire bosonic sector by introducing dual fields and by constructing the Lie superalgebra which generates the dualized coset element.

Nonlinear Realization of the N=2, D=6 Supergravity
(World Scientific Publ Co Pte Ltd, 2007) Yilmaz, Nejat T.
We have applied the method of dualization to construct the coset realization of the bosonic sector of the N = 2, D = 6 supergravity which is coupled to a tensor multiplet. The bosonic field equations are regained through the Cartan-Maurer equation which the Cartanformsatisfies. The first-orderformulationofthetheoryisalsoobtainedasa twisted self-duality condition within the nonlinear coset construction.

Decoupling Structure of the Principal Sigma Model-Maxwell Interactions
(Academic Press inc Elsevier Science, 2008) Yilmaz, Nejat T.
The principal sigma model and Abelian gauge fields coupling is studied. By expressing the first-order formulation of the gauge field equations an implicit on-shell scalar-gauge field decoupling structure is revealed. It is also shown that due to this decoupling structure the scalars of the theory belong to the pure sigma model and the gauge fields sector consists of a number of coupled Maxwell theories with currents partially induced by the scalars. Dualisation of the Symmetric Space Sigma Model With Couplings
(Elsevier Science Bv, 2005) Dereli, T; Yilmaz, NT
The first-order formulation of the G/K symmetric space sigma model of the scalar cosets of the supergravity theories is discussed when there is coupling of (m - 1)-form matter fields. The Lie superalgebra which enables the dualized coset formulation is constructed for a general scalar coset G/K with matter coupling where G is a non-compact real form of a semi-simple Lie group and K is its maximal compact subgroup. Dualization of the Principal Sigma Model
(Amer inst Physics, 2008) Yilmaz, Nejat T.
The first-order formulation of the principal sigma model with a Lie group target space is performed. By using the dualization of the algebra and the field content of the theory the field equations which are solely written in terms of the field strengths are realized through an extended symmetry algebra parametrization. The structure of this symmetry algebra is derived so that it generates the realization of the field equations in a Bianchi identity of the current derived from the extended parametrization. Integrated Field Equations of Heterotic Supergravities
(World Scientific Publ Co Pte Ltd, 2008) Yilmaz, Nejat T.
The first-order bosonic field equations of the D-dimensional effective low energy theory which describes the massless background coupling of the D-dimensional fully Higgsed heterotic string are derived.

Symmetric Space Σ-Model Dynamics: Current Formalism
(World Scientific Publ Co Pte Ltd, 2007) Yilmaz, Nejat T.
After explicity constructing the symmetric space sigma model Lagrangian in terms of the coset scalars of the solvable Lie algebra gauge in the current formalism, we derive the field equations of the theory.

Coset Algebras of the Maxwell-Einstein Supergravities
(Tubitak Scientific & Technological Research Council Turkey, 2006) Yılmaz, Nejat Tevfik
The general structure of the scalar cosets of the Maxwell-Einstein supergravities is given. Following an introduction of the non-linear coset formalism of the supergravity theories a comparison of the coset algebras of the Maxwell-Einstein supergravities in various dimensions is discussed.

    Nonlinear realization of the script N = 2, D = 6 supergravity
    (2007) Yılmaz, Nejat T.
We have applied the method of dualization to construct the coset realization of the bosonic sector of the script N = 2, D = 6 supergravity which is coupled to a tensor multiplet. The bosonic field equations are regained through the Cartan-Maurer equation which the Cartan form satisfies. The first-order formulation of the theory is also obtained as a twisted self-duality condition within the nonlinear coset construction.
