Abstract

Bu çalışma, bir koruma tedbiri olan telekomünikasyon yoluyla yapılan iletişim tespitlerini ve denetlemelerini incelemektedir. Çalışmamızda telekomünikasyon yoluyla iletişimin tespiti ve denetlenmesi tedbirine başvurulabilecek haller, şartları ve mukayeseli hukuk ile Avrupa İnsan Hakları Mahkemesinin bu tedbire yaklaşımı incelenmiştir.This study analyzes the Detection And Control Of The Communication By Telecommunication which is a legal measure. In this study; cases and conditions of applying Detection And Control Of The Communication By Telecommunication and approach of the comparative law and European Court of Human Rights to this legal measure are analyzed.
