| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma, Uyuşturucu veya Uyarıcı Madde Suçları konusunu içermektedir. Uyuşturucu ve uyarıcı madde suçları-Suçun unsurları-Suçun nitelikli halleri-Suçun özel görünüş biçimleri-Uyuşturucu ve uyarıcı maddeler-Keyif verici maddeler-Bağımlılık-Mücadele politikaları-Etkin pişmanlık-Suçun önlenmesi-Cezanın caydırıcılığı konularının önemine yer verilmiştir. Konu altında; Uyuşturucu ve Uyarıcı Maddeler, Uyuşturucu İmal ve Ticaret Suçu, Uyuşturucu Madde Kullanmayı Kolaylaştırma Suçu, Uyuşturucu veya Uyarıcı Madde Kullanma Suçu, Aynı zamanda; Uyuşturucuyla Mücadele-Uyuşturucuyla Mücadele Politika ve Trendlerine bakılmıştır. Yine bu çalışmada yaratılacak farkındalığın ve hayır diyebilme yeteneğinin geliştirilmesine de değinilmiştir. Uyuşturucu suçları ve uyuşturucu mücadele politikalarında yapılması gerekenler de tavsiye olarak belirtilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study covers the subject of Narcotic or Stimulant Substance Crimes. Drug and stimulant crimes-Elements of crime-Qualified forms of crime-Special appearance forms of crime-Drugs and stimulants-Pleasure substances-Addiction-Struggle policies-Effective repentance-Prevention of crime-Deterrence of the punishment were mentioned. Under the subject; Narcotic and Stimulant Substances, Drug Production and Trade, The crime of facilitating the use of drugs, the crime of using drugs or stimulant substances, Fight Against Drugs-Fight Against Drugs Policies and Trends were examined. Again, in this study, the development of the awareness to be created and the ability to say no is mentioned.
