| dc.description.abstract | Ceza muhakemesi hukukunun amacı maddi gerçeği ortaya çıkarmaktır. Maddi gerçeği ortaya çıkarmak için kullanılan araçlara delil denir. Tanık beyanı en çok başvurulan delil çeşitlerindendir. Bu çalışmanın ilk bölümünde, ceza muhakemesi hukukunda ispat ve delillere değinildikten sonra tanıklık incelenmiş, ceza muhakemesi hukukunda tanık, tanık beyanı, tanığın hakları ve yükümlülükleri anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde tanığın çağrılması, dinlenmesi ve tanık beyanının delil değeri incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise tehlike altındaki tanıkların korunması ve tanık koruma tedbirleri anlatılmıştır. | dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the criminal procedure law is to reveal the material truth. The means used to reveal the material truth is called evidence. Witness testimony is the most referred type of evidence. In the first chapter of this study, after mentioning proof and evidence, witness, testimony, rights and obligations of witness were explained. Summoning the witness, examination of witness and the evidential value of witness testimony were examined in the second chapter.
