Firar suçları

Abstract

Bu çalışma firar suçlarını detaylı bir şekilde incelemektedir. Firar suçlarının tanımı ve unsurları, firar suçlarının sırf askeri suç olması ve faili bakımından özgü suç olması tartışılmıştır. Hangi asker kişilerin firar suçlarının faili olabileceği ve firar suçlarının ne zaman sona ereceği de bu çalışmada açıklanmaya çalışılan bazı hususlardandır.This study analyses the desertion offences in detail. The description and elements of the desertion offences, being pure military offence and being peculiar offence according to the offenders of the desertion offences are discussed. Which members of the armed forces can be the offenders of the desertion offences and when the desertion offences will be end up are also some of the issues which are tried to be explained in this study.
