| dc.description.abstract | This study is designed to be a guide for Geographical Information System (GIS) about Emergency Management System (EMS) applications. The purpose of this study is to give background information about Geographic Information System (GIS), to show how to develop a GIS application step by step, and to analyze the benefits of performing GIS technology to emergency management in a general context. This study also provides an example application on how the Emergency Services can use GIS in emergency response. Moreover, in this study to find the shortest path between two points in a very short time Djikarta Algorithm, which is one of the most important algorithms in this field, was used. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma, Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri’nin (CBS) Acil Yardım Sistemleri (AYS) uygulaması konusunda bir kılavuz olması için tasarlanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemi (CBS) ile ilgili temel bilgileri sunmak ve acil durum yönetimi bağlamında bir CBS uygulaması geliştirme sürecini adım adım anlatmaktır. Bu amaçla acil servisler için acil müdahalede CBS’nin nasıl kullanılacağı konusunda örnek bir uygulama sunulmuştur. Bu çalışmada ayrıca acil durum yönetimi faaliyetleri tanıtılmış ve Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri teknolojisinin bu faaliyetlerde nasıl önemli bir rol oynadığı anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca bu çalışmada iki düğüm arasındaki en kısa yolu hızlı bir şekilde bulmakta kullanılan ve bu konuda en önemli algoritmalarından biri olarak kabul edilen Dikta Algoritması kullanılmıştır. | en_US |
