At the same time in the settlement, relations between the houses, effective use of sunlight in the space during the summer and winter periods enables the use of heat and lighting energy in the most efficient way. Similarly, using air currents increases air quality. In this respect, it is important to ensure natural ventilation and coolness during hot weather and decrease air pollution during winter. Thereby, indoor air quality is improved in all seasons. In addition, in these residential structures, energy is provided for other requirements such as drying of laundries and protection of food from hot weather. en_US
