Abstract

Bu çalışma, evliliğin hükümsüzlüğü sebeplerini incelemiştir. Tezde evliliğin sona erme sebepleri genel olarak anlatılmış, mutlak ve nisbi butlan sebepleri detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Tezde evlenmenin hükümsüzlüğü sebepleri işlenerek uygulayıcıların da karşılaştığı sorunlar neticesindeki mevcut aksaklıklar giderilmeye çalışılmıştır.This study examined the reasons for the invalidity of marriage. In this thesis, the reasons for the termination of marriage are explained in general, the reasons for absolute and relative nullity are examined in detail. In this thesis, the reasons for invalidity of marriage are covered and current problems are tried to be solved as a result of the problems faced by the practitioners.
