(alpha-psi) Type contractive mappings and related fixed point theorems

Abstract

This thesis consists of three sections. The first section is reserved for introduction, some basic definitions and declaration of literature about alpha-psi type contractive mappings and related fixed point theorems have been presented. The second section deals with the main results. We have applied definition of alpha-admissible for two different functions of f and T. Furthermore, we have investigated their results. Finally, the third section includes discussion and conclusion.Bu ¸calı¸sma ¨u¸c b¨ol¨umden olu¸smu¸stur. Birinci b¨ol¨um giri¸s,temel tanımlar,literat¨ur bilgileri alpha-psi tipinden b¨uz¨ulme d¨on¨u¸s¨umleri ve ilgili sabit nokta teoremlerine ayrılmı¸stır. ˙Ikinci b¨ol¨umde ana fikri verdik. Alpha-admissible tanımını iki farklı fonksiyon olan f ve T i¸cin uyguladık ve sonu¸clarını inceledik. U¸c¨unc¨u b¨ol¨umde ¨ sonu¸c ve tartı¸smalara yer verdik.
