Abstract
Following the explanation of the notion of tender, “The Crime of Bid Rigging”, which is regulated under Article 235 of the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 has been examined. In this context, subjects such as the notion and procedures of tender have been explained, tender regulations have been considered, and the crime of bid rigging, regulated within the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, has been examined elaborately.
