Düzce il merkezinde ailelerin 1999 depreminden sonra konut satın alma davranış biçimleri ve bir uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, ailelerin ev satın alma kararlarını etkileyen sosyo-ekonomik ve demografik faktörleri tanımlamak ve ev üreticilerinin hizmet kalitesi ile ilgili memnuniyet düzeylerini öğrenmektir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarında ise, 1999 depreminden sonra inşa edilen evlerde yaşayan ailelerin oldukça memnun oldukları görülmektedir. Ayrıca, tüketici tercihlerinin yaşlara bağlı olarak farklılık gösterdiği de bulunmuştur. Buna ek olarak, katılımcılar genellikle ev üreticileri tarafından sunulan hizmet kalitesinden memnundurlar. Ancak, katılımcıların eğitim seviyesi arttıkça, memnuniyet düzeyi azalmakta ve bu da başka bir araştırmanın konusu olabilmektedir.The purpose of this study is to identify the socio-economic and demographic factors that affect families' home buying decisions, learn their satisfaction levels about their purchases and home builders' service quality. Results indicate that families who reside in the homes built after 1999 earthquake are quite satisfied with their purchases. It is also found thatrespondents preference vary for the type of house they would like to live in depending upon their ages. In addition, respondents are generally satisfied with the service quality offered by home builders. However, as the respondents' level of education increases their satisfaction level decreases which could be the subject of another study.
