| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada destekten yoksun kalma tazminatı incelenmiştir. Tezde destekten yoksun kalma tazminatının tanımı, destekten yoksun kalma tazminatının genel özellikleri, destekten yoksun kalma tazminatının oluşma koşulları, destekten yoksun kalma tazminatı isteyebilecek kişiler, istenecek tazminatın somutlaştırılması, söz konusu tazminattan yapılacak indirimler ve bu tazminat davasında usul hükümleri ele alınmış ve araştırılmıştır. Bu çalışma yapılırken doktrindeki tartışmalar ile yargı uygulaması paralel bir şekilde ele alınmış ve yargı uygulamasında hak kayıplarına sebebiyet veren hususlara dikkat çekilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu anlamda farklı çözüm önerileri getirilmeye çalışılmıştır. | en_US |

Through the thesis, the definition, general features, formation conditions of compensation for loss of support and the topics of who can demand this compensation, materializing demanded compensation, abatements in this aforesaid compensation and process provisions in this action for compensation are handled and examined. Whille this study conducted, the argument in the doctrine and trial practice are collaterally handled and it is tried to draw attention to loss of right in trial practice.
