Osmanlıda ve Türkiye'de tarımsal politikaların tarihsel gelişimi ve uygulaması

Abstract

With this thesis; it is aimed to clarify the alteration of the agricultural policies of our country in the time period beginning with consideration of the agricultural structure before and during the Ottoman era, also concerning the current status of and development of the agricultural policies in Turkish Republic within the scope of EU adaptation and harmonization process along with remark on the legal background constituting the basis for the alteration process of policies of which are both in force and in draft proposal stage.

Bu tez çalışması ile; ülkemizde tarımsal politikaların zaman içinde geçirdiği değişimin, Osmanlı dönemi öncesinde ve Osmanlı döneminde tarımsal yapının incelenmesinden başlanarak, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nde tarım politikalarının mevcut durumu, ne yönde değişim gösterdiği Avrupa Birliği uyum süreci ile birlikte ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmış; ayrıca tarımsal politikalara ve bu politikalardaki değişime dayanak oluşturan yürürlükte bulunan ve çalışmaları devam eden yasal düzenlemeler incelenmiştir.
