Abstract

Bu tez, hukuka itaat yükümlülüğü ve sivil itaatsizlik arasındaki bağlantıyı Sokrates'in felsefi düşüncelerine de başvurarak anlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Sokrates'in Savunması, hukuka olan bağlılığın sınırlarını ve adaletin nasıl sağlanması gerektiğini sorgulamaktadır. Tez, hukuka itaat yükümlülüğünün önemini vurgularken, sivil itaatsizliğin adaleti arama ve toplumsal değişim taleplerini dile getirme hakkını temsil ettiğini göstermektedir. Ayrıca, toplum sözleşmesi, minnettarlık anlayışı ve fair play düşüncesi gibi kavramlar da bu bağlamda ele alınmaktadır. Bu tez, hukuka itaat yükümlülüğü ve sivil itaatsizlik arasındaki karmaşık ilişkiyi anlamak ve adaletin sağlanması için nasıl hareket edilmesi gerektiğini tartışmak amacıyla yapılmış bir çalışmadır.This thesis aims to understand the connection between the obligation to obey the law and civil disobedience with the help of Socrates' philosophical thoughts. Socrates' Defense questions the limits of obedience to law and how justice should be achieved. While emphasizing the importance of the obligation to obey the law, the thesis shows that civil disobedience represents the right to seek justice and voice demands for social change. In addition, concepts such as the social contract, the concept of gratitude and the idea of fair play are also discussed in this context. This thesis is an attempt to understand the relationship between the obligation to obey the law and civil disobedience and to discuss how to act to achieve justice.
